20150421-223954.jpgI do <3 Coconut trees, so nice to have them in the garden for an extra exotic feel and to be able to drink a fresh young Coconut whenever feel like it. Luxury!

Camping @ Koh Wang Nok, Khanom Part:1

So our trip started out from Jungle Roots Bar @ Kwang Pao Beach where we gathered 9.am to load all our stuff into the longtail boat. The boat ride out to Koh Wang Nok then took 30-40 min, the Sea was just perfect and still with no waves in sight.

Our friend brought his little puppy dog  FoFo aswell so Cissi had a friend to play with. :)

As I had been to Koh Wang Nok before, one time last year I thought it was a good idea to go to the West side of the Island where ”P’Sua”(Tiger) aka Robinson lives. He is the caretaker of the Island and stays there permanently with his 3 dogs and random fishermen who dock there from time to time.

IMG_2499 IMG_2346 IMG_2489

P’Sua was happy to see us and the gifts we came bearing. But he was a little bit concerned over that we brought our two dogs cause one of his pitbulls would kill them in a second he said. And we believed him and decided to set up our Camp as far away from his house as possible(200m:). He kept his dog in a chain the whole weekend for our safety. So no problem, and the other two dogs of his was super friendly.

We found a good spot for our tents and then we just enjoyed the Island.

Swimming, Sunbathing, Shellhunts, Fishing, Rafting, Trekking, Music & Drinks etc.

A nice, relaxing good Day! :)

Our first evening we had a great time going around with the raft in the glittery water. The Sunset was beautiful and we ate superfresh fish bbq, drank and enjoyed ourselves under the Stars. <3

Oh take me back to this beautiful untouched Island! Im starting to realize more and more that luxury isn’t expensive hotels, fancy cars & gold and diamonds.. At least not for me! For me it is places like this Island where you can be alone on a white beach, swim in the clear water and enjoy unspoiled nature and life in the Sea as you hardly don’t see it anymore. Feeling so blessed.

Good Camping BAD End!

So this Camping tour we went out to one of the Islands just outside Khanom and had an AMAZING time there!! So chilled and nice Island, Koh Wang Nok<3

Enjoyed myself a lot only sad that on the way back from the Island to Khanom in the Longtail boat a FREAKIN CENTIPEDE bit me! What are the odds on that? In a boat? :/ So the last days I had some severe pain, fever and a swollen face.. But today Im feeling much better! :)

Will post some more Camping pics in the near future.

Good Night..

The Hut @ Koh Lanta <3

When we went to Lanta we stayed @ ”The Hut” that is located next to the Klong Nin Beach. Just a cozy and perfect place to stay with a oldstyle Bamboo hut feeling. The owners and the staff are so friendly so it felt good to be back there for our third visit in 2 years.

Can’t wait to go back there again.. ;)

Had a nice Morning walk today together with Cissi and a bunch of random beach dogs. Happy to see that someone came up with a great idea how to use all the styrofoam that the ocean brings up on the Beach. :)

Trivs så himla bra här i mitt älskade Khanom så det känns inte alls kul att lämna denna gången heller but a woman gotta do what a woman gotta do, right!?

A very Welcome visitor..

Bästa glassen i Khanom, vanligtvis serverad i Kokonsnötter!

Oh so busy a girl can be! ;)

Right now Im trying to see so much I can of Khanom before Im going to Sweden..
